Welcome


In our shop you can find hand-knitted accessories like scarves, hats, bags, mittens and more.

Our goal is making garments simple and classic, easy to wear and combine with an enduring style so they can be used for long. We use fibers manufactured in Argentina.

Payment

Our shop only accepts PayPal as method of payment.
In order for us to consider validating any transactions, payment must be made within 24 hours. If at that time payment wasn't complete, we will unfortunately have no choice but to cancel the transaction.
With PayPal the buyer may pay straight from their own account, by credit card or check. In the latter case, It takes about 5 business days until we can be sure that a payment by check has been cleared. At that time we will happily complete the transaction as quick as we possibly can.

It is not necessary the delivery address and PayPal matches. We will ship to the address that appears on the invoice, unless the buyer notifies us. If the buyer provides a wrong address we unfortunately can not provide a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Custom Orders We accept custom orders from the pieces we have done displayed in the shop or are sold out, if it is possible.
Depending of the case, we usually need 15 days to complete the item requested, and then another 2 or 3 weeks for delivery.
Custom orders only run when they the full cost and shipping are paid.

Shipping

Our shop uses Correo Argentino for our shipping.
It usually takes about 2 weeks to arrive. If there is any delay, it is most likely the result of a logistics issue at the local offices.
In the event that the buyer wants to pay more for a different form of shipping, or wants an item insured must contact us. We will gladly accommodate your request.

The buyer is responsible for customs fees.

We usually ship our items twice a week. This varies depending on our countries holidays and of course personal issues that might arise which would prevent us from getting to the post office. We want to treat our customers to the best of our ability and still stay in business. Once again, Thank You for you understanding.

Our shop will ship to a "giftee's" address at customers request.

Refunds and Exchanges

The buyer should not accept mail if the package is empty or damage. If so we are not responsible for the loss.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivered shipment. We will not take returns after this time.
Items must be returned within 5 days of return request and must arrive in the same condition in which they were received or they will not be accepted. We will refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If the buyer doesn't receive the shipment within 1 month after the envoy date please contact us immediately. This way we can assess the situation to see whether it is a case of relaying or not.

Unfortunately Custom orders can't be returned. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Additional Policies and FAQs

knitBranda is a small domestic business, with a production done entirely by hand. We do not have the capacity to supply other retailers and therefore do not have wholesale prices. We hope you can understand.

Blog features are very welcomed but we don't participate in giveaways.
